🍛 Ingredients:

Paneer – 200g, cut into cubes

Onion – 1 large (sliced)

Tomatoes – 2 medium (pureed)

Cashews – 10-12 (soaked)

Fresh cream – 3 tbsp

Ghee (Savaria The Doodhwala) – 2 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

Green chili – 1 (optional)

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Cardamom – 2

Salt – to taste

Sugar – 1 tsp

Kasuri methi – ½ tsp
👩🍳 How to Make It:

Make Cashew Paste
Blend soaked cashews with a little water into a smooth paste. -
Sauté the Base
Heat Savaria The Doodhwala ghee in a pan. Add cardamom, then sauté onions until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till aromatic. -
Build the Gravy
Stir in tomato purée, cook till oil separates. Add cashew paste, salt, sugar, and green chili. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes. -
Add Cream & Paneer
Mix in fresh cream and paneer cubes. Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi. -
Final Touch
Drizzle a little more ghee on top before serving. Garnish with cream swirls or chopped coriander.
