Shahi Paneer

Shahi Paneer

"Shahi" means royal, and this dish lives up to the name. Shahi Paneer is a luxurious North Indian delicacy made with soft paneer cubes cooked in a silky gravy of cashews, cream, and aromatic spices.

But here’s the real magic — when you make it using pure ghee, like the one from Savaria The Doodhwala, the richness multiplies. Ghee doesn’t just add flavor — it gives this royal dish its soul.

🧈 Why Cook Shahi Paneer in Ghee by Savaria The Doodhwala?

  • ✨ Enhances the creaminess naturally

  • 🌿 Brings out the aroma of spices
