📝 Ingredients (Makes ~20 cookies)

  • 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)

  • ¼ cup besan (gram flour)

  • ¼ cup sooji (semolina)

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ cup Savaria The Doodhwala A2 Cow Ghee (at room temperature)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

  • Chopped pistachios/almonds (for garnish)


👩🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes.

2. Make the Dough:

  • In a bowl, sieve maida, besan, and sooji together.

  • Add baking powder and cardamom powder.

  • In another bowl, whisk powdered sugar and Savaria The Doodhwala A2 Cow Ghee until light and fluffy.

  • Mix the dry ingredients into the ghee-sugar mixture.

  • Knead gently into a soft dough (do not add water or milk).

3. Shape the Cookies:

  • Divide dough into equal small balls, flatten slightly.

  • Place on a greased baking tray.

  • Garnish with chopped nuts in the center.

4. Bake:

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the edges turn golden.

  • Cool completely — they’ll harden as they cool.
