Ghee by Savaria The Doodhwala – for greasing and cooking
👨🍳 How to Make It:
-
Make the Batter
In a bowl, mix besan with all veggies, spices, and water. The batter should be pourable, like pancake batter — not too thin. -
Heat & Grease the Pan
Brush a non-stick pan or iron tawa with Savaria The Doodhwala ghee and let it heat. -
Pour & Cook
Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently into a circle. Cook on medium flame. Drizzle a little more ghee around the edges. -
Flip & Crisp
Once golden on the bottom, flip and cook the other side until crisp and cooked through.
🥣 Serve With:
-
Green chutney or ketchup
-
Curd and pickle
-
Or roll it with paneer stuffing for a quick chilla wrap!
